Can I add books to my box before they ship?

Yes! In order to add to your box, please place an additional order on our website and contact us via email or Instagram with your request. We are happy to accommodate if we have not yet already sent tracking and shipped your original order. Excess shipping fees incurred will be refunded.

Do you have a storefront?

We offer an in-person exclusive curated collection of books at Finding’s Market in Downtown Ventura. Additionally, we host weekly book live events on our Instagram; Books are shown in real time and claims made during these unique sales can be added to an existing website order at request. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of payment received (holidays excluded).  

How can I place a return?

Any concerns should be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please see our policies page for more information. 

What is your privacy policy?

Your personal information is protected and will not be shared with other entities. If necessary, we may need to collect additional information in order to process a customer support concern.

Do you offer Shop Pay?

We do! You can select this option at checkout and pay in installments.

What if my order is lost in transit?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. We are happy to help you file a claim with UPS or USPS. Upon filing a complaint with Beelow and Baird, please contact us via email or Instagram with your tracking information, possible police report, or any accompanying photos.
