All orders are currently being fulfilled from Ventura County, CA and will be shipped within 7-10 business days (holidays excluded). Any delays due to carrier error, inclement weather, or other factors out of our control may occur.

At this time, we only offer US domestic shipping on our website, but do offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by email or Instagram to set up an international order.

Rates are determined according to size of box, weight, and distance. All US domestic shipping is done through Pirateship, UPS, and USPS.  

Due to the unique nature of our curation, all sales are final. Our shop is comprised of pre-owned books some of which may show signs of wear, aging, or past ownership. Each book has its own character and any imperfections will be disclosed in the listings’ description.

We understand unexpected damages in transit may occur. Please directly email any questions or concerns to beelowandbaird@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if necessary. Upon initiating any conversation, please have photo proof ready so we are best able to accommodate your concerns.
